Lien Form

Treating a patient on a lien is very selective in our office. We will check other forms of insurance first such as MedPay, health insurance, or time of service first. We will not take a lien from any attorney. Basically a lien is a "health care loan" we are giving to the patient when they have no other means to access treatment. With a lien, we agree to wait until the at fault party pays at the end, this can take a few months to years, so waiting may not be the best option. Plus, we need to make sure . . .
