Do not expect an attorney to know the science and treatment as well as you in regards to your diagnosis and treatment plan of your patient. While you are on the stand in court, you can only discuss what is asked of you. That means, if you are not asked, you can not explain what the jury may need to hear to be educated on why you are treating your injured patient. I have come up with a list of questions that you can change if needed, to give to an attorney so they can ask you the right questions . . .
