Instability guidelines

In order to diagnose "instability" in your patient, you need to objectify it with measurements, and we need to know what references we relied upon. In order to say that a spine is "unstable" we must be able to explain what "stable is. This is an important finding. Car crashes have been shown to cause instability (check this site for references).
