So many different injuries can occur in car crashes. Body and head position can play a major role into potentially increasing damage to certain structures of the neck. As a member, you have access to this information to keep you informed which will only increase your confidence leading to excellence. Here is a paper where the authors looked at many patients that were involved in a crash, and many patients that were not in a crash, and looked at the upper cervical ligaments.
