Update Profile or Reset Password

If you need to update your profile, reset or recover your password–please follow the steps below:

Step 1 Login to your Professionally Integrated account. From the main home page, click the Profile icon in the top right.

Step 2 – If you know your username and password, enter your information and login. If you don’t know your password–click “Lost your password?” in the bottom left of the pop up box.

(if you don’t need to recover or reset your password, skip to step 3 below. To reset your lost password, follow the instructions below)

Step 2.1Enter your username or email and click “Get New Password.”

Step 2.2Check your email for a password reset link. These links do expire. If too much time elapses you will need to repeat this process to get a new link.

Step 2.3 – Once you click the link in your email, a strong new password will be generated for you. You can delete this and use whatever you choose as well.

Step 2.4 – Once your password has been reset, you can click the “Log in” link.

Step 2.5Enter your new login information and click “Log In” to access your profile on the site.

Step 3 – Once logged in, you can access your Professionally Integrated profile by first clicking your username in the top right of the menu and then clicking “My Profile” from the drop down.

Step 4 – You can edit your information from your profile page. (FYI usernames CANNOT be changed) Be sure to click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the screen to save any changes to the information you have made.

Step 5 – You can also change or reset your password from the bottom of the screen. Be sure to click “Update Profile” to save any changes you have made.
