Hello Professionally Integrated.
This is a 2017 study where the authors did a fusion from T9 down to the sacrum for abnormal sagittal alignment. The authors do say that the sagittal alignment is very important for better outcomes. WE can do this for a fraction of the cost and with what I feel , better outcomes as we are not bolting the spine together. Keep this in mind when educating your patines on the need for "wellness/maintenance" care.
