Hello Professionally Integrated,
Here is a paper where the authors compared the sagittal alignment of 1026 asymptomatic individuals. Many people in the health care profession make statements like the "cervical curve has no clinical implication", despite lots of evidence. In fact, on this site we have LOTS and LOTS of papers that show what happens with a loss of the curve in both the short and long term. This paper only looked at symptoms today and not the increased likelihood if the person with a loss of curve is more likely than not to develop problems.
