Here is a bit at what the authors mention
"Although minimal, we found that in many patients with a Chiari I malformation, the cerebellar tonsils ascended."
"Based on our findings that the tonsils in most Chiari I patients move caudally during flexion" Now, I would suggest with Chiari to co-manage it with perhaps another provider . . .
