A.L.L. failure in “Whiplash”

Here is a study that looked at the Anterior Longitudinal Ligament (ALL) before and after it a rear end impact. Notice how the authors did not simply say this is a "whiplash injury"? This is a specific injury caused by a whiplash type of event. They also discuss how this injury will lead to chronic issues. They also discuss head restraints and spinal mechanics. Are you being thorough enough to evaluate your patients spine to see if this injury did in fact impact his/her spine? Are you measuring . . .
